What: L’Equipe Camp: Monday Moaning Group Ride

When: Every Monday @ 7:35am CET (that’s Paris time), 60 minutes in length

Why: Cause it’s cold outside 😛

How?: You just need a bike, trainer, speed sensor and a computer. For a full run down on equipment, check out Zwift’s Equipment Page.

The Plan:

Warmup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Steady- 15 minutes 2.5 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Push It- 10 minutes 3-3.5 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
No Moaning!- 5 minutes 4.0 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 5 minutes 2.5 w/kg
Cooldown- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Time for Coffee!
